Job Description Great opportunity to join our Gladstone team as a Casual Coal Technician! In this hands-on role, you will support the laboratory with a range of coal testing and sample preparation activities, including: Accurately performing routine physical coal testing and analysis Ensuring precision, traceability, and quality of prepared samples Receipting, recording, sorting, and storing coal samples Supporting preventative maintenance of laboratory and preparation equipment Assisting with shift planning, workflow coordination, and sample logistics Working in line with analytical methods, procedures, and Quality Systems Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, semi-manual work in an industrial or laboratory setting. Full training and on-the-job support will be provided.
