POSITION OVERVIEW • Mission-driven outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving a diverse and underserved patient population within a highly collaborative care model • Practice in a coastal Northern California community surrounded by redwood forests and Pacific coastline while maintaining strong compensation and long-term growth potential • Team-based environment with extensive clinical support and integrated specialty resources allowing physicians to focus on quality patient care and continuity WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Base compensation up to $267,624 annually • Additional 10% geographic salary differential for Crescent City location • Access bonus of $12,400 annually paid biweekly for meeting patient access targets • Additional productivity bonus potential up to $44,000 annually • Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus plus structured retention bonuses • Federal and NHSC loan repayment programs ranging from $75,000 to $300,000 • Flexible schedule options including 4x10 shifts • Strong six-month mentorship and onboarding program • Additional relocation support for qualifying family relocation • Integrated care resources including behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic, acupuncture, and virtual specialty support SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Flexible full-time scheduling options including 5x8 or 4x10 shifts • Outpatient-only Family Medicine practice • Collaborative team-based care model • Dedicated support including 2 MAs and 0.7 RN support per provider • Virtual triage and integrated specialty support available COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary: $234,635 – $267,624 annually • 10% geographic differential for Crescent City location • $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly • Up to $44,000 annual additional productivity bonus potential • Partnership-eligible track: $50,000 sign-on plus $25,000 retention bonus in years 2 and 3 • Alternative retention structure available for non-partnership track providers • $10,000 relocation reimbursement • Additional $10,000 relocation support for parent or in-law relocation • 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick leave • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Laptop and cell phone provided • $5,000 annual professional expense credit for licensing, DEA, CE, and equipment • NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility up to $300,000 • Spanish language differential pay available Requirements • MD or DO REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED • Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED • Mission-driven approach to patient care REQUIRED • Comfortable treating diverse and underserved patient populations REQUIRED • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset REQUIRED • New graduates welcome to apply • Experienced providers preferred Not ready to formally apply?
