POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient-only Internal Medicine opportunity serving adult and geriatric populations within a highly collaborative care model • Practice evidence-based medicine in a scenic Northern California coastal community surrounded by redwoods and Pacific coastline • Work alongside integrated behavioral health, virtual specialty resources, RN support, and dedicated medical assistants • Structured team environment allowing physicians to focus on patient outcomes, preventative medicine, and chronic disease management WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Total earning potential exceeding $350K with bonus opportunities and retention incentives • Significant sign-on and multi-year retention package available • NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility up to $300,000 • Outpatient-only practice with exceptional work-life balance • Integrated support model including telepsychiatry, behavioral health, acupuncture, chiropractic, and specialty consult access • Six-month structured mentorship and onboarding program • Coastal Northern California lifestyle with beaches, hiking, redwoods, and outdoor recreation minutes away SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Full-time outpatient Internal Medicine schedule • Flexible 5x8 scheduling structure • Outpatient-only clinic environment • Team-supported care delivery with virtual triage services CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver comprehensive Internal Medicine care for adult and geriatric patient populations • Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and complex medical conditions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to improve continuity and patient outcomes • Utilize integrated support services including telepsychiatry, behavioral health, and specialty resources • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based clinical planning • Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care standards COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary ranging from $234,635.20 to $267,624.00 annually • $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for meeting patient access goals • Up to $44,000 additional annual bonus potential • Partnership-eligible providers may receive: – $50,000 sign-on bonus – $25,000 retention bonus in year 2 – $25,000 retention bonus in year 3 • Alternative sign-on and retention package for non-partnership track providers • $10,000 relocation reimbursement • Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family relocation • $5,000 annual professional expense card for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment • 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Laptop and cell phone provided • Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers • NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility up to $300,000 Requirements • MD or DO REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics REQUIRED • Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED • Mission-driven mindset with commitment to underserved communities REQUIRED • New graduates welcome; experienced physicians preferred • Strong collaborative and team-based care approach preferred Not ready to formally apply?
