The Coastal Lead is responsible for fulfilling our promise to our customers through reliable first and last mile delivery. The role bridges commercial pursuits with operational efficiency.
This position is part of the Europe TbM (Transported by Maersk) business unit. Europe TbM is an engaged team who are ultimately responsible to deliver the promise that Maersk makes to our customers. We achieve this through ensuring that our customers cargo is loaded and delivered on time; providing accurate and realistic vessel schedules and allocation management; proactive coordination with our partners; driving port productivity; procurement and management of costs (Container Yard, Port Expenses and Foreign Feeder); ensuring our customers cargo is loaded and discharged as per their plan; ensuring that equipment is available for our customers where and when needed. We put the customer first in every action taken. The EUROCL is an international and diverse environment with approximately 450 colleagues located in offices in various locations throughout Europe. Europe TbM primary office is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with a satellite office based in Algeciras, Spain.
