We are looking for an Applications Specialist to join our Sticks and Stones Building Solutions team! The Application Specialist position is responsible for planning and performing detailed work throughout the various sealants and coatings we apply. This is a seasonal position which will be in place until the end of October, with the possibility of extension.

• $15/hour base salary + commission pay based on productivity. Effective candidates are earning up to $25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and perform concrete sealant applications on customer driveways
• Maintain good customer relations and ensuring high degree of customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and tools
• Report on job completion and issues to management team
• Follow health and safety policies and protocol
• Communicate and order sealant inventory levels
• Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers
• Ability to work well in an autonomous role both individually and as a team
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment

Hours of Work
Regular hours will be 7:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday with some Saturday work. This is a seasonal position which will be in place until the end of October, with the possibility of extension.
Physical Demands
Must be capable of lifting 50lbs on a regular basis and lifting, loading, unloading, bending, and crouching.
