OUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to high demand, we are looking for a passionate Coating Inspector to join our team. Located in Prestons, some of the responsibilities include however are not limited to:

  • Perform work in accordance with the Quality Assurance management systems procedures and work instructions.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate and project specific documentation and review Manufacturers Data Reports (MDR).
  • Report on product and process non-conformance and product preservation.
  • Review assigned project technical coating documentation.
  • Inspect and evaluate coatings applied to metallic substrates to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards (AS/NZS, NACE, etc.).
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures on site.
  • Train and mentor junior employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot coating application issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Minimum Qualification - AMPP Level 1 (CIP1)
