Job Summary Function as the machine operator for Blasting, Prime/ liquid coating and Powder station RESPONSIBILITIES * Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / blasting station. * Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application as Per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure. * Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating. * Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP. * Inform the Coating Plant Supervisor or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs. * Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation * Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures * Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee Desirable * Training certificates * Technical Diploma * Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in similar work environment * Team player * Flexible * Good English command Every day, the oil and gas industry’s best minds put more than 150 years of experience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success. Responsibilities

The operator is responsible for managing blasting, prime, and coating stations while ensuring all processes adhere to standard operating procedures. They must also perform quality inspections, maintain production records, and ensure compliance with safety and quality management systems.
