This is an opportunity to become part of our established and growing business as we seek a dedicated and qualified Coating Operative to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience of painting and powder coating in a professional environment essential
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team working to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and quality with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Any other duties as assigned to support the Company

• Prepare and apply coatings to various metals
• Use industry-standard techniques ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency with the main emphasis being on powder coating
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and priming, as necessary
• Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to Company procedures and best practices at all times working within health and safety guidelines
