Coating Concepts is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coating Operator to join our team for the 1st shift, from 8:00am to 3:30pm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process by ensuring that our coating applications meet the highest quality standards. As a Coating Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various coating machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining the equipment to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities Operate and monitor coating machinery to ensure effective and efficient production. Perform routine quality checks on coated products to ensure they meet specifications. Adjust machinery settings as needed based on product requirements and specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals and timelines. Document production activities and maintain accurate records of coating applications. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or coating environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively. Basic mechanical aptitude with the willingness to learn about coating machinery. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
