Safety shoes and safety glasses (provided by company) are required to be worn at all times in the laboratory or any manufacturing areas. Responsibilities
  • Identify, screen, and support new technologies and capabilities for coatings and adhesives across all Trane Technologies business units.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, industry experts, labs, and universities to leverage expertise and meet project deliverables.
  • Support technology roadmaps and strategies to develop advanced technologies and capabilities ahead of program needs.
  • Deploy newly developed technologies and capabilities into new product development programs.
  • Manage and execute deliverables for new product development, quality/reliability projects, and cost improvement programs involving coatings and adhesives.
  • Interact with internal business units and global supply chain teams to contribute to new product development and support quality, reliability, and cost reduction projects.
  • Use appropriate analytical and test methods to select manufacturing materials and processes, create test plans, and ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Travel up to 15%, including international travel, as required.
