To achieve it, we are looking for a Cobol Programmer to join the team.

• Resolve incidents, analyze problems, and implement small requests for change (coding, unit testing);
• Provide quality user assistance;
• Answer service requests (reporting, recurrent tasks);
• Meet application-related objectives (availability time, incident resolution time);
• Ensure necessary data transfer between applications;
• Update documentation after each change;
• Propose and implement actions to simplify applications, optimize processes, and automate tasks;
• Follow and enforce norms, standards, and security rules.
