• Conduct routine inspections to predict failures in advance, ensure the stability of the systems and business applications in charge, and handle all kinds of sudden failures in a timely manner
• Be responsible for collecting customers’ business needs and improvement suggestions for products, provide timely feedback, track and solve problems to improve customer satisfaction
• Handle sudden failures of online services in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of services, and cooperate with the development team to analyze and resolve service failures in a timely manner
• Engage in operation and maintenance knowledge management work, be responsible for writing operation and maintenance-related documents, and actively cooperate with personnel inside and outside the department to provide service support
• Ensure the SLA for the business in charge, and carry out monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting and other work
• Communicate with customer and team
• Write PRD (Product Requirement Definition) for maintenance tools
