• Build Authentic Relationships with potential clients (we call them Guests) and guide them through the homebuying process.
• Showcase our stunning portfolio of designer homes and highlight the benefits of owning an Aspen Creek home.
• Understand client needs and preferences to match them with the perfect home or help them customize a plan.
• Support the Area Sales Manager (we call them New Home Experts) in negotiating sales contracts and ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
• Participate in community events and generate leads through effective marketing strategies.
