JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Cook III, you will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking an array of dishes, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts in our restaurant. Additional duties will involve ordering supplies, maintaining records and accounts, pricing menu items, and planning the menu.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Functions as a working supervisor of a business support team
- May spend a portion of time performing the work supervised
- Responsible for the results of the team
- Works within established precedents and practices
- Analyzes information to solve on-going problems
- Has 5 or more years of work experience
EDUCATION
- High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare various dishes including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
- Ensure that all ingredients for each dish are fresh, of high quality, and properly stored.
- Responsible for the ordering of supplies to maintain an efficient kitchen.
- Maintain accurate records and accounts pertaining to the kitchen and food management.
- Assist in planning the menu, ensuring a balance between quality and customer satisfaction.
- Train and oversee the business support team to uphold the highest standards within the workplace.
- Analyze and find solutions to ongoing problems within the kitchen and advise on improvements when necessary.
- Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
