Meraki Cocktail Bar is recruiting for the position of part time team member..
Meraki Cocktail Bar is an intimate 40 seat bar in the centre of Stirling, it offers a Meraki signature cocktail menu accompanied with all the classics & a small food selection. Across the road, An Darna Restaurant, is a 30 seat restaurant serving 5 course tasting menus accompanied with matching wine flights. Both interact with each other providing assistance in menu designs & options, along with staffing for peak trade.
The role of part time team member is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, happy to work evenings & weekends, enjoys hospitality in a relaxed environment. All staff are trained to work on the bar, on the floor and in basic kitchen skills.
Previous experience isn’t essential however is desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong and innovative interest in wine, cocktails & food and a passion to experiment and build on this.
