We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Cocktail Bar Supervisor to join the team at MSSNG PIECES – Nottingham’s newest music-led restaurant and listening bar. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for cocktails, great service, and keeping a bar running like clockwork.

YOUR ROLE

As a Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the venue – supporting management, leading the team on shift, and making sure standards stay sharp from open to close. You’ll be confident on both the bar and floor, making quick decisions, directing staff, and ensuring customers always get top-tier service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete daily opening and closing procedures across the bar, floor, and kitchen
• Train, guide, and motivate bar and floor staff, ensuring high standards are maintained
• Lead the team during service, keeping communication clear and energy levels high
• Handle cashing up and End of Day reports accurately
• Check stock levels, place orders, and oversee deliveries (bar & kitchen)
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organisation across all areas
• Support in food and drink presentation, ensuring consistency and quality
• Handle simple customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
• Work closely with management to keep service smooth and efficient
