We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. SKILLS

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous bartending experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards within the bar area.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality to guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during quieter periods.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Assist customers by taking orders, providing recommendations, and delivering prompt service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper use of basic maths skills for billing.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
