Position: Cocktail Bartender

Location: Antique Bar, Elsternwick

Hourly Rate: Award rates + Tips + Staff Discount

What You’ll Do:

• Create your own cocktails, showcase your mixology expertise and craft signature drinks that will elevate our guest experience.
• Be able to work in a busy environment and serve customers efficieltly.
• Take ownership of your station maintaining a high standard and cleanliness.
• Work to all RSA and all legal requirements.
• In-house whiskey & spirit training, receive hands-on training and deepen your knowledge of whiskey, spirits, and cocktail techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous mixology or bartending experience
• A creative mind and a passion for crafting unique cocktails.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in your career, with opportunities to move into management roles.
