The Role

We’re expanding our front-of-house team and are seeking experienced Cocktail Bartenders who are passionate about delivering elevated service in a premium dining environment. Whether you’re confidently running a bar or keeping the drink service flowing seamlessly, we’re looking for professionals who take pride in their craft and thrive in fast-paced, service-driven settings.

The Skills

• Previous experience in premium or fine dining venues
• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
• Polished presentation and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork
• Knowledge of Classic Cocktails and ability to deliver drinks with confidence, precision, and personality
• Ability to move quickly, stay organised, and support the wider floor team
