About Us

Perched atop Bankstown Sports Club, Lady Banks Rooftop is one of South West Sydney's most iconic rooftop bars, known for its stunning views, exceptional cocktails, premium dining and vibrant atmosphere.

We're seeking multiple Casual Cocktail Bartenders to join the team. If you're passionate about mixology, premium spirits and delivering memorable guest experiences, this is your opportunity to work at Sydney's largest rooftop bar.

About the Role

You'll be part of a high-performing bar team, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering premium service in one of Sydney's leading rooftop destinations.

Working with premium spirits, fresh ingredients and signature recipes, you'll bring energy, skill and creativity to every shift while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Shifts are primarily available Thursday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for additional hours across other Bankstown Sports venues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Crafting and serving classic, contemporary and signature cocktails.
• Providing knowledgeable, engaging and memorable guest service.
• Maintaining exceptional drink quality, presentation and consistency.
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Supporting stock control and venue presentation.
• Working collaboratively with bar, floor and kitchen teams.
• Following RSA and workplace safety requirements.
• Contributing to the vibrant atmosphere Lady Banks is known for.

About You

• Previous experience in a cocktail-focused, premium or high-volume venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and modern beverage trends.
• Confidence using a range of cocktail-making techniques.
• Passion for mixology, hospitality and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA and RCG (or willingness to obtain).
• Positive, reliable and team-oriented mindset.
