A cocktail bartender is responsible for creating and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with a specific focus on preparing and mixing cocktails. This role is crucial for providing an exceptional bar experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with all recipes and standards.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Knowledge: Possess a deep knowledge of spirits, mixers, and garnishes, and stay updated on current cocktail trends.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations and maintain a safe bar environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
