EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and eager individual to join our team as a Bartender. While previous bartending experience is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of drink preparation and serving techniques is preferred.
• Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Experience working in fast-paced hospitality or restaurant environments.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills to serve customers efficiently and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Experience with classic cocktails and freepouring is preferred, though not essential.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
  Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

• Welcome customers warmly and engage with them to determine their beverage preferences.
• Make recommendations and take accurate drink orders.
• Inform customers about new beverages and specials.
• Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages promptly.
• Verify customers’ legal age for alcohol purchase by checking identification.
• Take inventory and ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, returning correct change.
• Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing rubbish, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service at all times.
