We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated cocktail bartender to join our team at Amuse Bouche, a chic cocktail and wine bar with a buzzing event space upstairs The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a fast paced bar is essential.
• Familiarity with classic cocktails.
• A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly first impression.
• Confident working of the bar making cocktails and other drinks’
• Serve beverages promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, and cellar
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions as needed.
• Support catering events as required, assisting with setup and breakdown.
• Assist with floor duties when necessary, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
