You will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, curating an innovative drinks menu, and providing an engaging guest experience. You will consistently create beverages to the highest specification while maintaining excellent Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, demonstrating a deep knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi.
