JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and bartending techniques. Very good knowledge of classic cocktails is a must. Flexibility to work on the bar as well on the floor! As a cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beautifullg presented cocktails , and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively while providing excellent service will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a cocktail bartending or hospitality role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and free pouring is a must
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and assist guests as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items alongside beverages.
• Restock bar supplies as necessary and assist in inventory management.
• Uphold the establishment’s policies and procedures while promoting a positive environment.
