SHU is a group of restaurant brands that encompasses Jul’s, the Main Room and the Upper House and we currently require a full-time and part-time Cocktail Bartender.
Taking into account the level of the drinks program at SHU previous experience in a similar role is essential, although further training and mentoring will be provided to take your skills achieved to date to the next level.
