We’re looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our team, with a minimum of 38 hours per week available. There’s also a supervisor position for the right person with leadership experience.

The Arc is a busy venue in Nobby Beach, and we’re after someone who enjoys a fast-paced service, brings a positive attitude and works well with the people around them. Weekend availability is essential.

About the role

You’ll be making cocktails, serving customers and keeping the bar organised, stocked and ready for service. We need someone who can work quickly while keeping drinks consistent and making customers feel welcome.

If you’re joining us as a supervisor, you’ll also help lead shifts, support the team and keep service running smoothly.

What we’re looking for

● Cocktail experience in a busy bar or hospitality venue.

● Confidence handling a high volume of orders.

● A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to help.

● Great customer service and communication skills.

● Availability for weekends and evening shifts.

● A current RSA.

● Previous supervisory experience if applying for the supervisor position.
