CONTRACT: PERMANENTSALARY: UP TO £16.50/HOUR

The Palomar is looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our Front of House team part-time.
Our small space is bursting with the vibrant colours, flavours, sounds and aromas of the cuisine of Southern Spain, North Africa and the Levant. Whether in the midst of the action sat up at our kitchen counter, back in the elegant dining room or spilling out onto our new street terrace, the atmosphere here remains at the forefront of our city’s dining scene.

You’ll be:

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service. Our bar team are in the midst of the action behind our kitchen bar, engaging with our guests and guiding them through the whole Palomar experience.
• Knowledgeable about classic cocktails and wine. We encourage our bartenders to work with Ross, our Bar Manager, on developing the ever-evolving cocktail list. Original creations from our Bartenders are now firm Palomar favourites! Previous experience bartending in a similar restaurant environment will set you up for success with us.
• Excited to be part of a collaborative and supportive team. We approach set-up, service and clean-down with the highest standards, helping each other along the way. You’ll be experienced on the floor and comfortable getting stuck in and supporting the Waiters during a busy service.
