Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and appreciated
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while adhering to timing requirements
• Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible service and prevent over-serving
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• A passion for hospitality, creativity in drink presentation, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

Pay: Up to £13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
