· Prepping your work area for the day’s events, ensuring that a well-stocked bar is always available with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, fruit garnishes and other accessories to streamline drink preparation and inventory.

· Ensuring that the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to cleaned to maintain a sanitary environment.

· Follow the recipes and presentation specifications as dictated by the line managers and as written into drinks specification books.

Flexible – This role requires flexibility in terms of working patterns and shifts, we are open 7 days a week and expect the Bar Staff to embrace a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
