QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Bars crucial, Cocktail Knowledge preferred
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • A friendly demeanour with a passion for providing outstanding hospitality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Prepare fresh Teas & Coffees for patrons.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience.
