About the Opportunity:

Casual position available for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality. 

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Professional presentation and strong communication
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
• Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
