Based in Living Room Bar, our Head Mixologist will lead the development of cocktails and oversee all bar-related operations. Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will assist with leading a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities include: Develop, design, and maintain seasonal and signature cocktail menus that align with the brand’s identity Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic offerings Innovate through experimentation with ingredients, techniques and presentation styles to deliver unique, memorable and on-trend beverage experiences Lead, train, and inspire bar staff on mixology techniques, guest engagement, product knowledge, and service excellence Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive Conduct regular briefings and tastings to ensure team proficiency and menu familiarity Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
