Based in Living Room Bar, our Head Mixologist will lead the development of cocktails and oversee all bar-related operations. Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will assist with leading a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities include: * Develop, design, and maintain seasonal and signature cocktail menus that align with the brand’s identity * Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic offerings * Innovate through experimentation with ingredients, techniques and presentation styles to deliver unique, memorable and on-trend beverage experiences * Lead, train, and inspire bar staff on mixology techniques, guest engagement, product knowledge, and service excellence * Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive * Conduct regular briefings and tastings to ensure team proficiency and menu familiarity * Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
