Cocktail Server     SUMMARY: Provides prompt and courteous beverage service to casino guests in designated gaming areas.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Offers complimentary beverages to casino guests in designated gaming areas. 2. Acknowledges and greets guests in a friendly manner. 3. Maintains a clean and well-stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines. 4. Performs required duties in a courteous and efficient manner. 5. Other duties as assigned.   ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES None listed   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.  Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.  This is normally acquired through a high school diploma. 2. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. 3. Work may include weekends, nights, and early mornings. 4. Must be able to deliver a try of beverages weighing 15 pounds. 5. Must be 21 years of age and be able to obtain all local, state and federal regulatory permits as required by position.     WORKING CONDITIONS Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels.  Must work calmly and under stress when the volume of business increases.  Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
