JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in cocktail bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food handling safety practices within the food industry is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations on drinks and menu items.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
