The Oracle is a Victorian-style cocktail parlour on Seel Street. We’re looking for a charismatic and organised Cocktail Server/Host to join our team. You’ll be the first face our guests see and the one who makes sure their evening feels special from start to finish.

• Welcome every guest with warmth and confidence
• Talk about cocktails with knowledge and enthusiasm (training provided if needed)
• Carry trays of delicate cocktails with care
• Handle payments accurately
• Deliver efficient, friendly service, including check-backs to maintain high standards
• Keep the parlour rooms clean and beautifully presented
