Description Responsible for the serving of patrons in bar and occasionally restaurant while providing a clean, pleasant atmosphere. Coordinate with co-workers, including bartender, to ensure efficient customer service. Communicate with kitchen and lounge staff to execute delivery of proper tickets and customer orders, while maintaining section and side work. Protect company and customers by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing results as needed. Other duties as assigned by manager. Wage: $16.30/hr plus tips. Requirements Experience in high-volume restaurants/lounges is strongly preferred. Strong service-related background and hospitality mindset. Must be able to obtain Oregon Food Handler's Certificate and OLCC Server's Permit within 30 days of hire. MICROS experience is strongly preferred. Desire to accommodate a wide variety of personalities to achieve highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks. Will assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Attend to assigned section and assist other servers as needed. Focus on customer experience while maintaining sense of urgency.
