Description:

Copperpenny Distilling Co. is on the hunt for personable, professional and detail-oriented servers to join our front-of-house team at our Distillery cocktail lounge and event venues. A successful candidate will be experienced in elevated service environments and be passionate about spirits, premium cocktails and mixology. A significant part of the position involves delivering continued product education to our guests in conjunction with our bar program to create the best possible hospitality experience while promoting the Copperpenny brand.
You’ll be led by an experienced management group alongside a crew of passionate team members – we treat our lounge like our living room. And patio. And bar. And garage. You get it. Private VIP speakeasy and a large event venue for bigger crowds up to 100 people – there is never a shortage of activity, and we’d love you to be a part of it as we continue to grow.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work weekends and evenings
  • Must possess current Serving it Right certification
  • Willingness to learn and follow company procedure; detail oriented and demonstrated ability to complete tasks while resolving issues
  • Be a Team player
  • Min. two years’ serving experience; capable of lifting light loads (liquor cases, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized recommendations from the cocktail and food menus, highlighting unique or seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain a polished, professional demeanor while creating a friendly and approachable environment.
  • Daily cleaning, preparation & restock of lounge, retail bottle shop, and facilities
  • Deliver memorable experiences with guests to promote the Copperpenny portfolio of spirits; encourage retail purchases of spirit bottles, merchandise and activities
