• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy hospitality environment
• Knowledge of basic maths for handling payments and calculating bills
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and service best practices
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak service hours
