We are looking for someone who can offer amazing table service. Know your martini’s from you negroni’s?? Can you open and pour wine for a guest? Build some report and make people want to come back time and time again? If you can then we really want to hear from you, so you can come and be part of our neighbourhood bar.
We are looking for someone who can come in and manage a table section where every single one of their guests receives a memorable experience. We don’t expect our guests to want for anything as we are a fully table service venue. So if you take it as a matter or pride that no one has to request a bill, drinks are free flowing as everyone is asked before they finish their drink if they would like the next. Thats the level of service we want all our tables to receive. Its also expected that all our team upsell. do you offer all tables snacks on arrival? we all love some olives whilst reading a menu right? Do you ask if 2 guests would prefer a bottle of wine vs 2 glasses. these are all key behaviours we are looking for in the right team member.

You want a bonus every time you get a positive review mentioning your name? 12.5% service charge sound like an industry norm to you now, well we offer a £1 per hour bonus pay rate if we reach the weekly sales target on top of service.
