Join the eccentric world of Mr Fogg’s Residence, where cocktails meet adventure. We’re looking for a passionate cocktil waiter/waitress to serve world-class drinks in a venue inspired by the travels of Phileas Fogg.
“Hospitality, not service” is our motto and we believe that being able to engage with guests, present a menu and recommend a drink is as essential as nailing the perfect Ramos Gin Fizz. Our goal is to create unique and memorable experiences.
The ideal candidates will have a real passion for hospitality, a unique and quirky personality, high standards and attention to detail, an aspiration to grow and a strong discipline.
Positions are preferably full-time (~40hrs) however part-time (25-30h) may be considered. Pay is competitive, depending on experience.
What we require:
- Flexibility with shifts: We open at 5pm and close at 2am,
-Willigness to learn new skills
- Timekeeping
What you get:
Start pay £12.21 plus Tronc = Earnings to £16ph including tronc in average
Share of Tronc for every hour worked, 100% of our Tronc goes to our employees, access Tronc as you earn it.
