The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.
We are seeking an extraordinary Waiter/Waitress, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example.

As our Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:

• Salary: £13.04 per hour plus generous TRONC (Up to £15.50/hr inclusive of TRONC)

We are looking for our Waiter/Waitress, who:

• Will take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
• Ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
• Are passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
• Are fully flexible to work on a Rota basis, including late evenings
• Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Should have previous experience working as a Waiter/Waitress
