Description
A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.   Job Duties and Responsibilities:   * Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.  * Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. * Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries. * Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards. * Other duties as assigned.     Payrate: $25-$32 an hour. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED Required. * 1+ years of administrative, clerical, and customer service experience. * Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. * Customer service driven, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.  * Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.       #LI-PK1
