Job Summary: We are looking for a Welder who is skilled in both Mig and Tig, able to achieve and hold a coded level of Welding. Working on some truly unique military and marine products. You will be part of a Engineering company that invests in it’s people, is going from strength to strength offering you all the security and fulfillment you need in your new role!
Experience: To be able to effectively complete the day to day requirements as a coded welder within the business, you will need to be a time served Welder Fabricator who holds either a qualification in Welding or a Apprenticeship. You will have the ability to achieve and hold a coded level of welding as well as the ability to read engineering drawings.

KEY SKILLS

• Able to hold or achieve a coded level of welding
• Able to perform overall welding duties of tacking, polishing and dressing where required
• Read and interpret engineering drawing, specifications and work instructions, with the ability to communicate clearly what needs to be done
• Able to perform fitting skills
• Able to work in a quality controlled environment
• Look to continue develop both your Mig and Tig skill set of welding
• Hold relevant Welding and Fabrication qualification LVL 3 or Apprenticeship
