We are currently seeking skilled Coded Welders to join our team for local SMP projects and shutdowns in the Perth metro area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks to meet specified codes and client requirements.
  • Read and interpret welding procedures, blueprints, and technical drawings to perform precise welds.
  • Ensure all welds meet quality standards through visual inspection, destructive, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Conduct self-inspections and work with quality control to verify code compliance.
  • Fabricate, repair, and assemble components as per job specifications, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Work with engineering teams, inspectors, and other welders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on any issues encountered during welding or fabrication.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Holder of Certificate III (including two years on-the-job training) or Certificate or have 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the field.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Team player and flexibility to meet business needs.
  • White Card

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
