Time-Served Welder - Temp to Perm
Location: Blackpool, FY4
Pay: £16 -18.00
Shifts: Shifts: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 3:30pm | Friday, 7:00am – 2:00pm
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled, time-served Welder to join their team in Blackpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to work on industrial chimneys and cylinders in a dynamic, industrial environment. The role demands precision, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality welding work to exacting industry standards.
• Fabricate and weld industrial cylinders and chimney structures.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Support a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment.

Requirements:

• Time-served welder with proven practical experience.
• Welder coding is highly desirable but not essential.
• Deep knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and materials.
• Experience in industrial or similar heavy-duty environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
