Code Kids is the UK’s leading technology and creative design course provider for children ages 6 to 14. We run after-school coding workshops in schools across Cobham/Leatherhead. We are a cool start-up company with a mission to provide affordable, leading STEM education to children.
You are expected to be available in-person for at least 2 days a week during Term time. The work schedule is primarily between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm. This is the time when we run our after-school clubs.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable people interested in tutoring or technology. This is a perfect role for any student or graduate seeking extra income in a rewarding and stimulating environment. Your travel time and costs will be reimbursed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate or study at a leading university.
• Extreme reliability.
• Attention to the safeguarding of children.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate ( we will also obtain the certificate on your behalf)
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Strong values and an interest in education
• Comfortable in dealing with parents and kids, highly organised and enthusiastic
• Keen interest in technology and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly to lead sessions
• Coding knowledge is not necessary - you will need to attend training sessions
• Be flexible and willing to travel.
