Job Details Job Location: Albuquerque - NM Position Type: As Needed Education Level: Not Specified Job Shift: Varies as needed Summary Under direct supervision from assigned CNM Ingenuity Program Director or Senior Program Manager, mentors Deep Dive Coding students enrolled in a Deep Dive Coding bootcamp. Specifically performs one or more of the following: Works directly with Deep Dive Coding students during the course of a bootcamp to offer assistance, guidance, and one-on-one support on coding and/or coursework challenges and to help uncover the solutions. Duties will include: Mentoring individuals one-on-one who are enrolled in the Deep Dive Coding bootcamps Mentoring small groups of individuals who are enrolled in the Deep Dive Coding bootcamps Working closely with Lead and Assistant Instructors of the bootcamps to report progress of mentees Essential Knowledge and Skills Organizational skills Customer service skills Strong communication and writing skills Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimums Graduate of a Deep Dive Coding bootcamp or other technology bootcamp OR Six (6) months experience with technologies covered in the respective bootcamp Preferences Previous experience with teaching or mentoring Conditions of Employment This position requires a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities
