- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering strategic team development and growth. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for senior stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in advanced HR software (SuccessFactors preferred) and tools, with strategic oversight of system customizations. - Strategic expertise in HR processes, policies, and best practices. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic process improvements. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable. - Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in HR delivery or a related field, with significant leadership experience. - Open to work under hybrid setup (McKinley Taguig office) The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
